• Placed fixed assets in service and posted monthly depreciation entry. Reviewed capital projects with Engineering staff monthly to ensure projects were on time, on budget, and closed timely.
• Facilitated all internal, external, and governmental financial audits for the mill.

• Managed the annual SG&A budget process for all corporate cost centers which included developing the budget template, updating headcount and benefits information, reviewing with Cost Center owners (V.P.'s or Directors).
• Prepared and distributed preliminary monthly SG&A Budget vs. Actual reporting to area owners prior to month-end close to correct potential errors, investigated significant variances, and reviewed final results with.
• Prepared and posted monthly benefits entries for all locations.
