Though I began as a server I was quickly promoted to Management based on my performance and education. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to: Management of Staff, creating an enthusiastic and energetic work environment in which every employee was given the proper tools in order to succeed; Manage Customer Relations, whether amongst everyday customers or through our vendors, growing and pursuing relationships that benefited both the company, its customers, and vendors, finding and expanding upon opportunities to grow profit; Account Management, accounting day to day sales, tracking sales numbers for given periods and finding ways to surpass those numbers either from a budget standpoint or an increase in sales;
