Handled support operations for email campaigns, both one-off and daily recurring for our member base, which totals over 1.3 million members nation-wide. I work with advertisers, and internal teams to help produce and schedule emails for several different audiences and objectives. I also provide digital content production support for the larger Digital department, and our internal events team. I have spearheaded analytics projects to determine new email template layouts, and have lead, built and implemented recurring cohort based email projects, designed to increase user completion of educational programs.

Founded in 2017, I am a core member of a local Chicago dance-music events brand working to produce events that champion a diverse inclusive crowd and concentrate on local artists predominantly from the LGBTQ community. In the Fall of 2017 we held our inaugural event resulting in a 350+ person attendance that involved a wide team of local artists from around Chicago, and were able to raise several hundred dollars and physical donations for a local charity. We are currently planning our next event for the winter season.

I ran shipping, inventory management and was part of the customer service team along with conducting sales.I managed the social media marketing campaigns and outlets, and generated original artwork, design, video and photography for use in marketing materials. I embarked on a new overarching social media marketing strategy, that increased the brand’s monthly engagement and reach by 80%, and tripled the average monthly likes on the Facebook page. I produced paid social media campaigns that performed better than industry average across all KPIs, and implemented advanced analytics reporting enable data driven marketing decisions.I was able to bring my talents from my photography education, and experience working with video and other visual arts to help accelerate turnaround time with marketing projects and update the quality and relevancy of existing company assets.Since joining in early 2016 I reduced shipping costs, and streamlined records keeping between accounting and the sales department.
