As the Director of Association Business Managers at AMS Association Management Services NW, I oversee a team of 15 professionals who provide high-quality asset management services to over 90 community associations in Washington. I have been in this role since January 2022, after two years of being an Association Business Manager at the same company. I hold the CMCA and CCM credentials, which demonstrate my knowledge and competence in the field of community management.My core competencies include project management, relationship development, critical thinking, and leadership. I have successfully managed multiple large and small-scale projects for various communities, ensuring timely and efficient completion and satisfaction. I have also built and maintained strong collaborative relationships with homeowners, boards of directors, vendors, and co-workers, respecting the diverse cultures and needs of each stakeholder. I am an independent and critical thinker, who can handle complex and competing responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
