I leverage my 20 years of military service as an Infantry Officer in the US Marine Corps, where I developed and honed my skills in organizational leadership, coaching and mentoring, and decision-making under pressure.I am passionate about team building and creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
