Bigfoot Project Inshore/Offshore Gulf Of Mexico

Currently Control Room operator for commissioning and preservation activities. Worked on the project since phase 3. Worked in Houston on creation and commissioning of control system, design of facility and creation of maintenance scheduling for all equipment on facility. Led operations group in creation and completion of Initial Start up Procedures for all systems on the facility and personally assigned the Buy Back Gas and Buy Back Oil Train to ensure timely completion of systems to meet production targets. Acting as mentor to employees new to Chevron and the project as well as experienced employees new to construction sites. Working with HESC to set up and maintain records required to operate a Production Facility. Completed TCOI with Coast Guard 3 weeks ahead of schedule by leading the team in establishing good relationship and trust in our systems an work ethics by USCG. Working with commissioning crew on installation of equipment, testing of equipment and preservation of systems needed for future use. Hold various roles on the station bill: control room operator, firefighter and events coordinator. Fall Rescue Specialist, EMR, CRO, Managing Safe Work coach, crane operator class A, Crane Qualifier, Member of R&A committee to recognize for outstanding work ethic and being leaders in safety. Maintained daily production responsibilities such as daily production reports, end of month reporting, spill reporting, compliance testing, company rep for various companies during annual and surprise BSEE inspections. Many INC free audits on old facilities. Crane operator. Operation Rep for work crews maintain facilities. I worked on multiple facilities during this time flying a loop which takes care of multiple facilities spread out over hundreds of miles as well as main facilities with many structures that flowed to the main hub, Sat in for Production foreman in their absence and served as a crew leader for various task such pressure testing, well work, acid jobs, wireline and e-line work, painting, refurbishment after hurricane Katrina and Rita. Equipment and piping installation and welding work both hot and cold work. Competent in helicopter refueling and fuel preparation and testing.

Worked as independent production consultant managing crews and production facilities. Maintain daily production targets, maintenance and improvements to properties. Worked with engineers on well work overs and upgrades to facilities, sent in production reports. Continued working as construction foreman for previous companies when daily rounds were completed installing new equipment and managing various work type crews (ex. painters, welders and fabricators, roustabouts). served as liaison between landowners and oil companies. Also performed painting and welding jobs on crew boats and Jack-up boats . Worked for other independent gaugers in the area to provide personal time off. Worked as construction foreman after 1 year of service as a roustabout. Hand my own crew and truck and equipment. We constructed entire oil field production locations and fabricated offshore facilities. On land we set tanks batteries, production equipment, associated piping installed pipelines, repaired leaks, cleaned up oil spills . Kept all grass and right ways cut and cleared and reads graded. Completed all time sheets and billing associated with work activities, Worked as welding supervisor for sister company on big jobs at commercial docks driving pilings and sheet pilings for new docks and renovations to existing docks, maintained all billing for time and material as well as inventory of equipment and rental fees. Have worked crews from 2 to 40 people maintain world class production, safety and efficient work flows. Offshore we fabricated multiple well jackets and main facilities setting equipment , tanks, rotating equipment associated piping as well as structural steel. Operated a 38' crew boat to gain access and transport personnel to and from offshore facilities that we produced. Completed all daily and monthly paperwork as well as day to day maintenance of facilities . Operated vast array of power tools, forklifts, tractors, cranes, crew boats, tug boats and outboards including cabin boats.
