Prior to joining MEI, I worked at Ernst & Young as Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services department, and was one of the key members of the restructuring team for MEI in 2005. After the restructuring I joined MEI.In my CFO and VP Operation role, I was instrumental in securing a significantly more performing financial and operational position for the company. I also orchestrated continuous improvements of customers relationships, processes, staff skill sets and internal "decision making" tools while securing adequate financing.Finally, I played a key role in the buyout and financing process that ended with a change of ownership transaction in october 2010.
