Senior advisor to shareholders and management team in regards to Finance. My role consists in supporting daily business operations while actively participating in strategic and development orientations.

I’m responsible of managing the improvement project of the finance function. The project goal is to establish a medium-long term improvement strategy, while improving our services to our internal customers. The project includes the revision of our processes, the adoption of best practices, the standardisation of our shared services departments and the improvement of our IT tools.

Manager of the operational accounting department. The department includes 18 persons and our responsibilities includes: preparation of the financial statements, budgets, revenue recognition, project accounting, fixed assets, inventories, cost accounting, consolidation, invoicing and accounts payables.
