At Casa Bella I manage the existing property portfolio along with seeking new opportunities for acquisition. I am currently managing a 139-dwelling scheme through the planning system along with disposing a site to a developer. I am also reviewing new sites from a land and planning perspective and undertaking residual land appraisals to assess new opportunities.

My role at Inland focuses on two main areas, brownfield development and greenfield strategic land promotion and delivery. As part of the brownfield development, I support third party investors with land acquisition, planning approval and site disposal. I also managed the strategic land portfolio comprising over 3,000 potential plots across 30 greenfield sites throughout the South East.

My role at Ashill was to project manage the planning and technical process from site acquisition to site sale. Ashill had residential and mixed-use sites across the South East of England and London, ranging from contaminated town centre sites through to Green Belt sites in the Home Counties. The role allowed me to find creative solutions to overcome hurdles to planning and site delivery.

My time at a national housebuilder provided me with vital experience of the cradle to grave process inherent to housebuilding and development. I predominantly worked in the land and planning team but also with the technical, construction and sales teams. My time at Linden Homes focused primarily on residential and mixed-use development opportunities in London Boroughs.

I have seven years of planning and design consultancy experience which provided me with an in-depth knowledge of the English planning system. I had client facing roles working with organisations such as London Fire Brigade and Tesco. I worked with company directors internally to provide articulated and commercially astute planning strategies incorporating planning, public engagement, design and masterplanning where necessary. My time in consultancy provided me with the skills to manage an interdisciplinary team to formulate the best strategy for site promotion through to planning permission.
