-Led product development from conception --> retail-ready product on multiple separate goods which achieved co-packing contracts each valued at more than $500,000 per year. -Created a production line to manufacture snack foods which consistently delivered large, multi pallet orders to demanding customers such as Walmart and Kroger with 100% on time delivery and no rejection of product.-Won multiple co-packing contracts through repeated ability to demonstrate solution based selling and superior cost analysis benchmarking as the highest quality product manufacturer with the best bid. -Led R&D on new CPG products for the grocery and convenience space, bringing 6 new products to market. -Led and directly managed from conception the project that developed our product which placed in top 20 of 1,200 CPG products in 7-Eleven’s Brand with Heart national competition

-Led all new product projects to develop retail-ready items which 20Xed revenue from $50K in annual sales to $1M+ in 5 years. -Led the hands-on build, from the ground up, of a manufacturing facility worth over $1.1M including design, site selection and purchasing, equipment selection and purchasing, and all process flow diagramming. - Managed projects from conception/ideation stage --> finished goods on shelves of C-Store/Grocery aisles in multiple areas - Flavor R&D, Packaging Design, Packaging Technical Requirements, Product-Market Fit, Sales Channel-Sales Delivery concerns. - Created retail-ready food products in multiple distinct industry/sales channels, ranging from direct-to-consumer, B2B within the Fundraising industry, and Specialty Retail and Grocery.
