With over 13 years of experience in hospitality and beverage, Patrick is a seasoned leader with a passion for the world of beverage and beverage management. From beer bars to nightclubs to upscale restaurants, his years of tenure exposed him to multiple service styles and business models. He most recently served as the Beverage Director the Bien Trucha Group in the Greater Chicagoland Area, overseeing the beverage programs across 5 concepts and curating some of the finest agave spirits programs in the Midwest, if not the country.Patrick now serves as a Regional On-Premise Development Manager for the PKGD Group, representing family & producer owned brands, predominantly from Mexico. His years of work and expertise in the agave space and the on-premise world has culminated in his current role of helping bars, restaurants, and hotels incorporate these incredible brands into a profitable bar program.Aside from Patrick's understanding of the world of agave spirits, his strengths lie in building profitable beverage programs, cost control, training & development, education and vendor relations.
