As a fully licensed Managing General Agency/Third-Party Administrator (MGA/TPA), Myers-Stevens & Toohey provides carefully integrated insurance solutions for niche markets. Given the specificity of the markets we cater to, we've crafted bespoke software to manage our business. In my role I'm responsible for all aspects of IT operations including information architecture, vendor relations, technology procurement, project management, staff support and more. Top Accomplishments:Infrastructure Modernization: Updated all backend systems to run in a virtualized environment leading to improved systems management and uptime.Enrollment System Design: Designed an online enrollment system that improved customer satisfaction and, as a sales channel, grew from 25% of sales in its first year to 73% of sales in it's third year.Customer Satisfaction: The company's clients and staff are both equally my customers.
