Taught business writing in the classroom to graduate students in the industrial/organizational psychology field. Revised syllabus to include hands-on work with "real world" writing tasks the students will take on when they graduate and enter the work force.

Wrote speeches for senior officers at MCCDC, including (then) Lieutenant General James Amos. Collaborated with military experts on scripts for outreach videos describing combat concepts such as seabasing. Performed knowledge management of MCCDC fact sheets using SharePoint.

Applied a mix of off-the-shelf editing standards (GPO) and in-house standards to a large volume of reports and documents delivered to FEMA under the $750 million Flood Map Modernization program.
