Patrick is an experienced leader with 25+ years operating in front line lead roles at top-tier sell-side Financial firms and at a Global scale financial software firm.As a Member of Bank of America’s FICC Technology Senior leadership team, he has responsibility for approx 1 USD Billion in tech spend over the past 11 years, focused primarily on Core systems development for OTC Trading businesses as well as Firmwide Reg platforms ( UMR, XVA, CCAR ) for Global Markets, including the Global Markets firm-wide migration from IBOR to risk free rates. He is directly responsible for approx. 500 people across US, Europe, India and Asia.While at Goldman Sachs, Patrick was the first head of the firms newly formed Global Strategies Core-Apps group, a quantitive applications group, dedicated to making analysis tools that have client intelligence embedded into their risk calculations, to drive business opportunity identification and to incorporate client portfolio preferences into tailored portfolio proposals. Prior to GS, Patrick founded the Structured Products group at Wall Street Systems. He Designed the Structured Products Framework ( SPF ) - a world-class trading, pricing and hedging platform for complex, multi-asset derivative instruments and structured products. He also Designed CORIMA ( COnsolidated RIsk MAnagement) - an enterprise-scale, cross-asset, risk management platform for portfolio optimization and asset allocation.
