Account Manager - Indiana And Wisconsin
Current- Manages a portfolio of 200 top and elite restaurants in Indiana and Wisconsin, accounting for over $2.5M in annual revenue
- Responsible for the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding the restaurants on to the OpenTable network to supporting them on how to use and get the most from being an OpenTable customer
- Cultivate and build upon existing high-level relationships to serve as a trusted advisor to Restaurants
- Assist restaurant management with configuration to optimize reservation flow
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities to upsell Marketing assets to restaurants
