Project management of the delivery of £3.5million walking and cycling greenway on former railway line. The route has two new bridges, crosses six existing bridges and passes through two Victorian tunnels which have necessitated significant improvement works.Detailed design of shared use paths and on-highway cycle schemes.Producing documents for planning applications, undertaking public consultation events and liaison with local residents’ associations to ensure success at planning.Producing tender documents and managing tender processes, contract management and site monitoring.Commissioning and managing consultants in fields as diverse as ecology, lighting, geotechnical engineering and arboriculture.Securing additional funding where necessary.Working with volunteer groups.
