Primary duties as a Customer Care Representative was to answer customer’s questions and help to troubleshoot and fix problems for the customer over the phone. Worked to give the customer the best data experience possible, through courteous and compassionate care which spanned things as simple as helping them to understand their bill, troubleshooting signal strength and problems with their devices, service transfers between customers, phone replacement due to theft, stolen or damage. I creatively approached each customer individually and worked to resolve issues great and small.

Worked to look at ways to advertise the benefits of this team, as well as focused time as a real estate broker. Able to sell my first house in the first month as an agent.

Provided support to a team of up four agents with up to 10 closings in a month – customer service focus, helping to answer questions, assist customers with paperwork, scheduling inspections and give updates, set appointments with the brokers for the customers and directed walk-in customers and phone calls to the proper inner office channels. Prepared, processed and filed the paperwork from contract to close for each client, completing transaction with highest professional diligence ensuring all customers were well cared for and all files met compliance requirements. Implemented successful social media campaigns mirrored after expensive commercial packages with Facebook, YouTube channels that allowed local public interaction as well as monthly mass email campaigns. All of which, provided opportunities of contribution to potential customers that were not limited by the real estate realm as well as increased team's brand recognition and increased sales.

Daily serving our school system by transporting children and teens to and from school.

Played key role in planning, directing and participating in the launch of 6- 12 year old children’s program for the start up period of the church through to their second year. Helped weekly with set up and break down for services, as well as clean up.

Played key role in planning, directing and participating in the youth program. Developed programs for after school and summer time sessions, serving from 50 (after school) to 120 (summer) youth and teens daily in Pender, 200 (afterschool) to 350 (summer) youth daily in Youth Director in Wilmington, 75 (afterschool) to 150 (summer) as Teen Director in Wilmington. Serving both the youth/teens and their parents, as well as the staff that worked with me. Helped to introduce new students and parents to our campuses with a fun and informative tours about our organization, the programs that could be beneficial as well as answer any questions that they might have had. Pender county program grew from 2 sites of service to 6.

Served as the youth pastor throughout the year and as the children’s camp director for our children, as well as children from 5 cities in the Ukraine and some from Belarus and Moldova. Played key role in planning, corresponding with and directing of staff groups from various cities in preparation, execution and completion of children's summer camps managing 20 staff members and 80 children. Also gave direction, co-wrote and approved children’s summer camp curriculum. During my 7 years, learned to speak, read and write Russian. Also planned and participated in family camps with my wife as teachers and counselors.
