Developed programs for after school and summer time sessions, serving from 50 (after school) to 120 (summer) youth and teens daily in Pender, 200 (afterschool) to 350 (summer) youth daily in Youth Director in Wilmington, 75 (afterschool) to 150 (summer) as Teen Director in Wilmington. Serving both the youth/teens and their parents, as well as the staff that worked with me. Helped to introduce new students and parents to our campuses with a fun and informative tours about our organization, the programs that could be beneficial as well as answer any questions that they might have had. Pender county program grew from 2 sites of service to 6.

Served as the youth pastor throughout the year and as the children’s camp director for our children, as well as children from 5 cities in the Ukraine and some from Belarus and Moldova. Played key role in planning, corresponding with and directing of staff groups from various cities in preparation, execution and completion of children's summer camps managing 20 staff members and 80 children. Also gave direction, co-wrote and approved children’s summer camp curriculum. During my 7 years, learned to speak, read and write Russian. Also planned and participated in family camps with my wife as teachers and counselors.
