Patrick practices personal injury law at Douglas & Douglas serving North Florida. His unique background makes him a very effective advocate for those who have been injured due to the negligence of others. He was a law clerk for personal injury attorneys before practicing law. Then, Patrick worked as an attorney defending corporations and insurance companies in auto, medical malpractice, premises liability, and product liability cases. Patrick has been involved in numerous personal injury cases and has helped his clients successfully resolve their cases, whether it be in a pre-litigation settlement, mediation, or trial. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Patrick was born and raised in Lake City, Florida and attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he received his Bachelor of Science, with University Honors, from the Marriott School of Business Management (English Minor). During his undergraduate studies, Patrick spent two years as a full-time volunteer in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Patrick received his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law where he was selected as a member of the Mock Trial Team as well as the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy. Patrick is fluent in Spanish and is an avid tennis player.
