Oversee construction projects, coordinating with a wide variety of trades and companies.Supervise teams of up to 15 Sheetrockers, Spacklers, Framers and Carpenters on a daily basis.Create material lists, place orders at Supply Yards and deliver materials to sites across the New York Metro area.Create schedules and time sheets for the completion of projects.

Responsible for coordinating the processing system for scheduling orders and client advertising. Manage client information, print, proof and distribute order confirmations. Create and present inventory reports on clients to sales department.

- Completed historic research projects to promote the history of Islip, including the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping of local burial grounds and the compilation of an accurate list of victims for the Town of Islip 9/11 Memorial. - Coordinated events for Town residents including a Civil War encampment and 19th Century Baseball games. - Developed two New York State grant proposals to receive funds for the restoration and enhancement of Brookwood Hall in Islip, NY and the Islip Grange Historic Park in Sayville, NY. - Designed and developed an historic driving tour featuring sites of local and national significance to promote tourism in the community. A pamphlet was created and has since been distributed to the public along with a corresponding webpage.

Responsibilities included merchandise sales, fan promotions and security. Promoted activities and events off the field to enhance the fan experience at the ballpark.
