I work as a process consultant in UFST. My work relates to the documentation of business processes as part of the enterprise architecture in relation to IT development.

I am responsible for different projects in the area of proces and workflow optimization primarily within the customer service department. In addition, I am the primary point of contact between the IT department and customer service, and therefore involved in the proces of optimizing and implementing IT systems in the customer service department.

The work included answering inquiries via phone or email related to product sales and general customer service, covering such diverse tasks as problem-solving, billing, written and verbal communication, etc. I also helped tutor new employees, were responsible for smaller projects and helped with translation.

I did a couple of smalle assignments as a part time consultant over the period. The assignments included proofreading, editing and translation of texts in Danish and English.

I was the main writer and researcher on a booklet for DEDI Summer School 2010. I also had other tasks such as proof reading and developing different types of written material.
