Patrick has been an entrepreneur, leader and coach for over 30 years. He understands the power of healthy relationships and authentic connections in all of his businesses and has been very intentional about crafting the culture in these organizations. This 30 years of learning, stumbling, and listening has helped him creating a message and system that works regardless of the size of the organization. He started Servant Cultures Coaching back in 2013 to share the timeless and powerful principles of Servant Leadership. He has worked with all over 150 different organizations from Cummins, Rockwell Automation, Kimberly Clark, Boldt, Print Pro and many others including smaller mom and pop organization looking to build stronger connections with its' teams.He founded and is still a partner Badger State Miniature Golf Course back in 1993 shortly after graduating from UW Oshkosh. This grew from a small mini golf course located in Appleton Wisconsin to a multi-million dollar Family Entertainment Center now called Badger Family Fun Center. Patrick has been blessed with many opportunities in life and he has acted. In 2000, he founded and built a family entertainment center in Middleton Wisconsin called Bogey's Family Fun Park. This ran successfully from 2000 to 2010 when Meriter hospital acquired our real estate. In 2016, he opened his first of 4 Escape Room and Axe throwing facilities. He now has operations of Green Bay Escape & Axe, Appleton Axe, TeamEscape 262 & Falls Axe and most recently opened West Bend Axe in February 2022. He also worked for Commercial Horizons from 2001 to 2009 in real estate development. He has several commercial real estate holdings in the Midwest. Patrick grew up in a family restaurant business called Van Abel's of Hollandtown.
