In this function I was responsible for process improvements and I had a coordinating role. During this periode we had two big projects. The move to a new warehouse (June 2021), which I coordinated. Shortly after this I had the lead in implementing our (five) Sealed Air/B+ machines. Besides these machines we also implemented a zone picking conveyor system together with MAAS Internal LogistiX.

The World Distribution Centre is being extended internally, with new pallet locations being installed and an increase in shelving bin locations.
