Developing market, pipeline and new revenue for the SAS Supply Chain Solutions within the commercial market segment (CPG, Retail, Logistics and Industrial Manufacturing). Focus is on presenting the business value of our Demand Management, Planning and Optimization and Quality Assurance solutions towards external and internal stakeholders. Responsible to develop collateral which enables Account Managers to identify opportunities and transform these into successful sales. Key is to enhance the local team’s knowledge of Supply Chain processes and to establish a local practice to support ongoing sales-cycles and implementations.

Emea

As part of the EMEA Solutions Delivery team, responsible to ensure qualification, acquisition and successful deployment of integrated supply chain programs for Menlo’s customers. Customers included global Fortune 500 companies in the Retail, High-tech, Medical and Automotive sectors. Services included network design studies, establishing control tower programs, take-over or deploy warehousing operations, e-fulfillment centers and Value Added Services. Focus was on design and delivery of an integrated outsourcing solution. Translated customer needs into viable solutions stacks and determined pricing during RFI and RFQ phases of the sales cycle.

• Established and structured the EMEA IT-organization for Menlo Logistics. Ensured adherence to global standards and policies, as well as challenged and adapted the same to allow for regional differences when needed.• Managed the transition of the Menlo Logistics and Emery Global Logistics IT-teams into a single organization. Responsible for operational support to European operations (5 countries). • Responsible for the successful implementation of an outsourced logistic solutions for multiple customers. Provide change management plans and interface with customer logistics- and service divisions. Projects included design and integrations with different ERP-systems such as: SAP, Oracle, M3 (Lawson) and legacy solutions

Barneveld, The Netherlands

Responsible for defining vision, roadmap and go-to-market strategy of the BaanERP Logistics products (Warehouse Management, Freight Management) and integrations with related products. Created white-papers on product scope and direction. Determined alignment with other Baan products; ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCS/Caps Logistics). Identified and selected integration partners (WMS-vendors, export documentation providers, etc). Under Baan Investment, responsible for the functional architecture and scoping of a new product-line for Logistics Service Providers (BaanLSP). This offering was designed in close cooperation with leading global Logistics Service Providers to provide an ERP-like (integrated) solution to the logistics market.
