In fact, these successes were difficult to achieve because of the many inconsistencies that led to constant tension.Then I came across a company that was growing fast and smoothly. That was a shock. I set out to find out how they did it. The answer (spoiler): by having teams aligned around an authentic corporate culture! So, in 2012, I decided to help companies to do just that, because too few are succeeding.I was soon joined by people who were just as passionate and convinced that only 'systemic' coaching is effective.
