My projects included the newbuild construction of the Washington State Convention Center Summit Building and the Safety Management of Lewis META Campus, Databank and Microsoft campus tenant improvement projects. On these projects I was in a key position for the implementation of Procore Safety Management systems, Incident investigation procedures, Site Safety plans with clean room policy creation and emergency response training. A large part of what my role required was constructing and bringing safety compliance to large projects with constantly changing circumstances and goals.

The job also included training hotel, engineering, operational and deckside crew in emergency response duties. As well as the continuous evaluating, supervising, developing, training and enforcing of industry safety guidelines and legislation. This included among other things work permits, permit management, risk assessments and procedures.While in position I updated the Ship Emergency Plan, Crew Station Bill, Emergency team response procedures and recreated the vessels General Safety Plan.

As a First Officer with Crystal Cruises the primary duty is the safe navigation and operational management of the ship at sea and in port. This includes work permit management, risk assessments, ship security, maintenance team supervision and managing of the on watch deck crew.Crystal Serenity navigates waterways around the world from expeditions in the Arctic to the Antarctic Peninsula, as well as cruising in moderate and tropic climates around the globe.In addition to the primary duties I also managed the Crew Station Bill, In port manning schedules, Tank inspections and Enclose Space Supervision on behalf of the vessels Chief Officer and Staff Captain.

Stolt Tankers is well known for high standards, efficiency and reliability.When resigning from Stolt tankers I was the senior deck officer in charge of Navigation and Cargo Operations. As such I also worked as the relief for the Chief officer carrying out Cargo meetings, Safety meetings, Passage plan meetings and Safety inspections with internal and external parties, including PSCs. I was creating loading plans, manifests, bill of ladings, notice letters, protests and various software associated with the above.
