1. Responsible for the provision of a cost analysis of vessel repair based on manpower, materials, equipment, and consumables.2. Processes and issues job orders to subcontractors in reference to workscope made by the ship’s Technical Superintendent.3. Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports.4. Identify everything defined in the scope to be costed.5. Provision of Quotation for tariff works.6. Responsible for monitoring the shipyard’s performance, via Key Performance Indicator, through the deployment of manpower, the weight of repair needed to be done, and materials and consumables used.7. Provide financial reporting, trending data. Perform data analysis and development. 8. Constructs and execute strategies, plans and guidelines to aid in accomplishing business goals and objectives. 9. Assists the Project Manager on a daily basis in updating activities that will affect the overall production.10. Coordinates, directs and leads estimating efforts to ensure optimum costing and coordination of projects and programs to ensure the company meets customer expectations and production target.11. Evaluates the performances of all personnel including subcontractors in each work discipline and submit report to immediate superior.12. Monitors the work scope of each vessel i.e., steel works, piping works, mechanical works, tank preservation, structural preservations, etc. by conducting measurement and visual testing.13. Monitors work condition and progress of the project in order to anticipate problems that will affect production quality and work schedule.14. Finalize the computed cost and maintain all files and data related to this project.

-Responsible for planning and design of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary (MEPFS) practices, including developing policies standard, inspection procedure and evaluation tools for MEPFS concerns along with prepare, review drawing, specification and cost estimates for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Sanitary.

-Supervision and handling more than 100 employees, preparing preventive maintenance of machines and facilities, plans and implements maintenance activities, optimizing production, and maintaining safety and PPE for each employee-Calibration, troubleshooting and operating machines through HMI/PLC, and equipment inspections-Multi-tasking on reports and conducting meetings and trainings for machine and production operations-Modifying machines for improvement and technical skills

-Training as a project manager, responsible for learning the activities and resource planning, organizing and motivating a team, analyzing and managing project risks

-Supervising every personnel, conducting inspections with work progress and operations, updating daily reports regarding work progress-Inspector of pipes and installation of equipments-I am also in charge for the approval of the draftsman 's design of the fire protection system.
