I have a great deal of experience in project management, contract negotiation, budgeting, and team leadership. I worked for my last employer for 16 years in many capacities, starting out in the publishing arm and ending as a member of senior management. This provided me the opportunity to learn many different skills and acquire an appreciation for each department's unique needs.For the last several years I worked closely with the CEO, coordinating the activities of a non-profit association and its for-profit subsidiary to achieve the goals of both organizations and to benefit the members and the industry as a whole.
