Help multiple buildings with patching in network drops, setting up new users laptops and phones. Supported a Migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10. As well as migrating domains, while making sure the new profile has the proper permissions to continue working as normal during the migrations.

Worked multiple roles in Blackbox including but not limited to, help desk support of Windows accounts, applications, Office products, software updates and computer repair. Supported both onsite and remote sessions, used Bomgar which allowed remote connections clients computers to address issues or correct problems remotely. Help set up and terminate new accounts in Active Directory, this included password resets as well as linking their accounts from Active Directory to Cisco Anywhere secure mobility client which was our VPN software at the time. Used Symantec Endpoint Encryption for both our encryption needs as well as our software updating program which used their Symantec Management Agent to sync the computers once on the network to the Altiris server.
