On a day-to-day basis, I am responsible to help our customers to the best of my ability and to help our representatives reach their individual, store and district quotas. Through the training and mentoring I have received, I am able to guide our customers into the right products and services that will benefit them and at the same time benefit the company.Most recently I have had the opportunity to manage our local store. This includes checking in inventory and warranty replacement orders, managing and correcting any time clock issues with all employees both on the computer and filling out the correct paperwork and processing reports for any discrepancies with our tills. I am also responsible to ship products to other stores that requested them, make the schedule for our store and am responsible for taking any corrective action for employees that were not being responsible. Most importantly, I oversee the development and training of our sales reps and encourage them to become the best sales reps they can be with Sprint. I assist them with customers to close sales and help with customer service related issues so our customers have the best experience possible.During my time as a Technician I was responsible for fixing customer’s phones. This included physically repairing their devices such as cracked screens and blown speakers and repairing any software issues on the device. I would run diagnostics to determine the correct course of action to fix the issue. If a fix were not possible, often a replacement device would be ordered for the customer. I had to catalog my repair work in detail so other technicians would know the work that was done to that device.

I began volunteering with eXperience Church in 2010 and eventually was brought on staff full time. I oversaw our volunteer systems and scheduling of over 100 volunteers for our Sunday services. This included training new volunteers on our scheduling software and training leaders of all departments on how to schedule and train their volunteers. I also assisted in overseeing our small groups that met throughout the week. I kept in contact with the group leaders and helped with developing new groups. I also took care of all technology related items throughout the organization. I directly oversaw our Production Team for our Sunday services. I scheduled, recruited and trained for all production positions including sound, lighting and video positions. I edited video and audio from our Sunday service each week and uploaded the finished product to our website and social media sites. I also edited and produced new video as needed. I also kept all computers and software up-to-date and repaired computers and production equipment.As a pastor I also performed wedding and funeral ceremonies as needed for our members. This meant meeting with the people involved and writing messages for the ceremony. I also put together the order of the ceremony by working with those involved to make the event what they want it to be.
