Choosing CBRE Romania - the biggest Real-Estate Agency in the country - as my next step into my career came naturally after hard working as a business journalist. My expertise, Real-Estate market knowledge, the communication skills and the openness to new challenges, all combined with a great relationship I had as a journalist with CBRE’s management, team experts and advisors encouraged me to take this opportunity for being CBRE’s new Corporate Communication Advisor. At CBRE Romania I worked as a Senior Business Communication Consultant, being responsible for all the Corporate Communication, Internal Communication and Business Communication Strategies, for the biggest Real-Estate Agency in the country. One of the main tasks I had to fulfill was to establish the best possible internal communication strategy with the team's divisions which concluded into a more open and collaborative working environment, focused more on people and on the best results, consequently.With an open spirit coming from a very creative industry (such as Journalism), the team quickly responded in a very positive way to my suggestions and strategies and became one of my first achievements within the team for a few weeks after starting the job. Moreover, creating a good image for CBRE Romania and motivating an entire team to focus on performance and best results, together with being an example of how Real-Estate advisory had set new high standards on the local market was part of my job, together with spreading excellent news about the team, about the Romanian Market and its investment opportunities and in-depth analysis and inquiries about Real-Estate sector in our country. All of these wouldn't have been possible without the team's sustained support and openness which, even after having left the company, has kept me in a very tight relationship with the members of the management, advisors and real-estate experts. By all means, I should call it a great experience.
