Medical Department Leading Petty Officer- Supervised 4 military clinicians serving 450 Navy shipboard personnel in a community-based setting, during high stress inspection cycle leading to Mediterranean Sea deployment. - Trained clinicians and shipboard medical volunteers in casualty treatment and patient air evacuation egress. Devised training plans to expand clinician competencies. - Acted as Senior Medical Department Executive in the absence of regular Executive and overhauled command’s Dental program by organizing mobile dental units and off base exams to raise medical readiness from 70% to 93% before command deployment.

DECK SEAMAN- Assisted division work center supervisor in training nearly half of the rest of the division in preventive maintenance process which brought Deck Division from average maintenance marks to above average.- Ship small boat custodian. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the ship's small boats and small boat equipment as well as deploying with small boat teams during watches or various other missions.- Recommended for officer commission by Operations Department leadership and Commanding Officer.COMMAND RELIGIOUS PROGRAM SPECIALIST- Responsible for coordinating and assisting in multiple religious services on a weekly basis.- Organized and participated in 5 Burial-At-Sea ceremonies.- Coordinated a volunteer trip for ship's crew members to travel to a senior citizen's center in Chania, Crete, while on deployment to help paint the center and assist with other maintenance.- Assistant Coordinator of the United Through Reading Program in which service members read books on camera for their children and mailed the DVDs to the US while on deployment.
