• Ensure feed stock is ordered and tankage is available for finished product.
• Make sure operations training is kept current by OSHA and plant standards.

Instrumentation loop checks and DCS systemization for start- up for a grass root, stand alone, oil processing facility on the North Slope of Alaska.Operation of all utilities systems including gas turbines, air compressors, gas compressors, nitrogen generators, and HVAC.Member of a team that started the 40K BPD facility into production with no injuries.

Provide technical expertise for safe operations including process optimization, process equipment performance including furnaces, compressors, strippers, amine contactors, reactors, and gas flaring minimization for two delayed coking units and a naphtha hydrotreater.Provide continuous surveillance over safety, process control, and communications systems.

Safe operation and optimization, disassembly of chemical munitions using robotics and thermal decontamination of explosives, chemical agents (nerve gas), and the metal components of the weapons while assuring no environmental exposures.Member of Chemical Personnel Reliability Program.Attended CDTF for robotics training on Projectile Mortar Disassembly.
