Recently, I have led engineering teams that launched entire new business lines in the glucose monitoring space - both an inpatient patient glucose monitoring system and a glucose focused wellness application supporting Type 2 Diabetes patients. In both cases, by keeping focused on shipping the minimum desirable product, we were able to come in on time and within budget. That exemplifies the hallmark of my career. By keeping one foot in engineering and the other in product management, I have been able to deliver products that are desirable to the customer within a budget that the company can support. To achieve both goals, I have leveraged agile methodologies and practices while being flexible to the culture of the company.
