I was appointed as COO when the agency's founders stepped back from daily operations, transitioning to board roles from January 2023 to August 2024.During this period, I oversaw all operational aspects, working closely with the CEO, CCO, and CFO to drive business development, ensure efficient operations, and manage human resources. Despite challenges in the agency market, we achieved a record profit in 2023 during my tenure. Alongside these operational duties, I continued to fulfill my responsibilities as a partner, providing digital marketing consultancy to key accounts, which remained a significant focus throughout my time as COO.In August 2024, the founders returned to operational roles after our CEO's departure, and we also added a new partner who joined the board. The increased number of operational partners and board members made the COO role redundant, transitioning me back to primary focus on my partner responsibilities, thereby enabling a stronger emphasis on my digital consultancy for key accounts. Additionally, I assumed leadership of the mid-level management team in the Social department, taking over from our former CEO.

In this position, still carrying over all responsibilities as a Senior Client Manager, with digital marketing consultancy of key accounts primary focus. In this position, additionally, overseeing all client-related business at PL & Partners. Lead the Client Service department, managing a team of Client Directors to ensure excellence across all client interactions. Focused on optimizing project management, improving client-facing processes, and driving the highest client satisfaction across the agency’s portfolio.

Managed key accounts and drove business development. Additionally, initiated and led process improvements to boost client satisfaction and transparency in employee capacity and client profitability. Spearheaded the implementation of a new training platform, cloud storage, and the Asana project management tool, enhancing efficiency and supporting agency growth from single to multi-product teams.
