In my role as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), I have developed a future-oriented sales strategy based on data- and fact-based control as well as detailed success measurement. An important focus of my work was the fast and effective implementation of Salesforce as a CRM system, which we successfully implemented within just four months. As a key figure in the global implementation of the modular product strategy, I was significantly involved in the introduction of the worldwide PDM/PLM standard. I took on the responsibility for managing technical master data and technical change management as part of an extensive global ERP implementation. The successful integration of ERP and PLM systems was a key focus and significantly contributed to optimizing our data flow and process efficiency. These strategic implementations enabled improved product development and efficient scaling on a global level.

In my role with product responsibility, I played a key role in establishing the first refrigerated container factory in Chile. During this time, I led the introduction of the first generation of modular refrigerated containers, which represented a significant advancement in the industry. I was also responsible for founding and developing the local design department, which was a key component for the successful implementation of the project.Another milestone of my work was the successful testing and implementation of the first Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, which enabled efficient digital data exchange between our international locations in Chile, Denmark, and China. This implementation was crucial for optimizing our global development processes.Additionally, I introduced an ERP product configurator with the aim of standardizing the transition from design to production. This measure allowed us to significantly streamline production processes and increase efficiency in the manufacturing of our refrigerated containers.

In my position, I have successfully developed our product range. It was crucial to analyse the designs and cost structures of competitors, develop prototypes, conduct tests, and thoroughly examine materials and manufacturing processes. Based on these extensive insights, I was able to create precise product specifications and define clear manufacturing guidelines. Through my work, the company has been strengthened in terms of innovation and efficiency, which has had a positive impact on our market success.
