I work in the corrugator department where we basically take the paper corrugate it and make boxes or sheets of cardboard that get to the other side of plant to be cut and folded into boxes. I run the stackers that stack the board deliver it down a belt for forklifts to pick up. Consists of various controls and buttons. To maneuver stacks on belt. I label and tag each load. I also double back as a secondary position. Hanging rolls, trimming rolls, operating roll stand and making adjustments to starch levels heat or tension on paper to ensure the paper comes out straight with no quality issues. They make the call outs on the board and I make the adjustments to fix them.

Work underground on RC drill rig and core. We take samples every 10 feet. Did set ups and rig moves. Work with valves, pumps, various hand tools. Mixed mud for the hole. Sealed up holes when finished. Assessed safety of work area before going in. Ensured all work was done in safe timely manner. Worked long hard hours in underground humid heat in some of the worst breathing conditions. Operate light vehicles to travel throughout mine. Worked well with close knit teammates, we relied on each other and trusted each other with our lives. Maintained daily drill records in correspondence with samples. Kept well maintained work area. Inspect drill rods tools and equipment for any cracks frays or excessive damage before use.

Work safely and follow EHS policies and procedures and conduct local risk control. Had to have the ability to apply first aid. Support drilling operations: handle rods and drilling tools, collect and handle samples, mix drilling fluids, carry out basic maintenance of tools and equipment, housekeeping, supplies count, perform basic measurement and calculations, carry out basic operator maintenance, complete pre-start checks, refuel vehicles. Operate non-drilling equipment such as light or heavy vehicles, cranes, tele handlers, forklift, skidders, track-mounted utility vehicles, etc. Maintain accurate operating records, including daily drill reports and inventory logs. Work long hrs typically 100+ hrs weekly, standing stooping, bending, lifting pushing/pulling 60-200lbs.

Responsible for maintaining production throughout plant. We assisted with Jams and shutdowns and cleanups, we used lock-out tag-out process when locking out equipment to clean or do preventative maintenance. Start up of production line. Pulling and threading paper. Refilling dry additives such as sugar and starch. Also had the responsibility of dumping hoppers with forklift. Followed all safety guidelines for refueling equipment and all plant guidelines as well to ensure safe work environment for myself and also my coworkers. I worked 12-16hr shifts. We were responsible for taking samples on stucco and board. Cleaned CP mill every hour shoveling cooked reject rocks.

I started off working in warehouse, I moved product and raw materials around, organizing, wrapping product pallets for shipping. Unloaded trucks. Conducted inventory daily. Maintain clean work environment in warehouse. Lifted 50 lbs frequently. Worked 12+ hours a day 6 days a week. Learned every other position and machine throughout company. Promoted to machine operator of vertical form filler packaging machine(the first German form filler machine in USA) while also running the car toner packaging machine. Learned machines within 4 months. Promoted to night production supervisor. As supervisor I managed employees to achieve highest production level and quality possible. Assisted workers with troubleshooting issues on other machines. Prioritized work duties to ensure every warehouse and production functions were consistent and efficient. Did necessary paperwork for downtime. Conducted safety meetings. Signed for truck deliveries, packages, new machines, etc. Left proper turnover notes for next shift.

I supply all dry/wet chemical additives(fiberglass, starch, sugar, silicone/silicate, etc) I operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, clamp/poker trucks and I perform preventive maintenance on each machine I use. I also operate the paper machines splicing, inserting/ removing large paper rolls in excess of 5k lbs using roll pushers and motorized roll stand. I learned the most important position(supply operator) within a months time. Im very punctual and reliable. Strong attention to detail and quality and good housekeeping skills.

Required to operate industrial truck equipment, stowing and picking items from racks that were approximately 45 feet tall.
