Very hands on manager with a successful track record of achieving goals, motivating staff and meeting financial targets. Works with SMEs on a day basis to assist in strategic planning and designing systems to meet those objectives.

My role was to assist The National Operations Manager to control, train and motivate staff in 16 halls of residence. My responsibilities also included ensuring the hall was fully occupied, was ready for student arrivals and that the operation methods were followed through on each site. I also had responsibility for meeting financial targets and ensuring hall managers worked within budgets.During my time at Opal I was involved in the opening of 6 new halls and extensions / improvements to 3 others.
