Since childhood, I've been captivated by technology. Growing up in the 80s, I was intrigued by electronics, often taking apart toys to see how they worked. This curiosity sparked my passion for tech advancements.In high school, I was the first academic curricula student to join a trade school, earning a full scholarship in electronics. In just two years, I then obtained an associate degree in Electronics Technologies from North West Shoals Community College.My education was enhanced by practical experience. I gained valuable skills as an electronic technician for companies like Chuck E. Cheese and Motorola. These experiences led to my role at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), where I've worked in various capacities for over twenty years, always striving for excellence.As a leader, I focus on self-awareness, understanding situations, and resolving conflicts. I ensure my team has the necessary resources and support, believing my success is linked to theirs.I'm pursuing a Bachelor's in Operations Management and Analysis at the University of Arizona Global Campus, continuing my journey of learning and self-improvement.
