It is a pleasure making acquaintances, via socail media, with intent of developing potential opportunities. I am very excited about potentially meeting affiliates, representatives, organizations and individuals interested in advancing ideas, products and sevices. I am very intrigued by any opportunity to encourage, influence and contribute to community from the truly progressive platform of Education, Music or Social Services. I have found, throughout my various career placements, that these contributions can be made from many diverse platforms and yet acheive immense success.I have worked with dislocated workers, gifted, talented, challenged, at risk and international students/individuals. They all have had qualities and experiences that prove beneficial to the unity and stability of our commuinties, state and national congruency.A great partial of my duties has required that I develop individualized “success programs” to facilitate the needs of various learner categories. I have had to demonstrate, in depth, understanding of the needs and concerns ofindividuals transitioning from challenging situations. I develop and support environments conducive to success and growth.I have fifteen years of experience in the field of Education. The last ten years have been combined with and/or divided between: classroom instructing, advising, supervision and project/program management. The most recent years have been predominantly within, post-secondary classrooms and advising, project coordination and management. Two years of my post secondary experience were spent instructing college prep math, reading and writing. I actively engaged and transitioned participating students into college or employment. When all is said and done, you must know I've enjoyed each job and position held. The platforms of Education, Music, Sports and Social Work have all afforded me experiences of developing groups and individuals to levels that permeate the rewards of success.
