Patrick Walsh joined the corporate finance team at Ziegler in 2015. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital formation engagements for clients in the healthcare services and healthcare information technology sectors.Prior to Ziegler, Patrick spent six years at American Pathology Partners, a high-growth, venture-backed healthcare services company. As vice president of financial planning and analysis, as well as a member of the senior management team, he developed and managed much of the company’s analytical and reporting infrastructure related to revenue recognition and revenue cycle, as well as financial, operational and sales reporting. In addition, Patrick was responsible for acquisition due diligence, equity and debt raising, enterprise-wide budgeting and regular board updates.Prior to American Pathology Partners, he served as an associate on the healthcare investment banking teams at Shattuck Hammond Partners and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.Patrick earned an M.B.A with honors from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University with finance and accounting concentrations, and a healthcare specialization.
