Through EagleHawk , Patrick's mission is to help provide better condition information for facilities management and property owners through our innovative software platform and drone technology.Lakeside Management Partners is a search fund that was formed out of Patrick's passion to lead a dynamic small enterprise. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of raising capital and managing the acquisition search process, including sales/outreach, finance, operations, negotiations, and general administrative duties.As a Business Development Manager with Lockheed Martin, he was part of a team that successfully met order commitments of over $500M per year. In this role, he was responsible for interfacing with the customer to understand needs and requirements. With the customer knowledge he helped manage investment and strategy to position Lockheed Martin to compete and provide world class advanced air-to-air and air-to-ground electro-optical and infrared targeting systems for tactical aircraft for the United States military.Prior to Business Development, he held several roles of increasing responsibility in operations management. He served as the Production Operations Manager responsible for all operational characteristics in regards to the manufacturing of a high profile prototype weapon system, and a production supervisor responsible for managing a 40-person production team producing an advanced targeting system for the Apache Attack Helicopter. Patrick joined Lockheed Martin through their very selective Operations Leadership Development Program.Patrick grew up in Buffalo, NY and enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 young children. He is an avid outdoors-man, especially on the water, and enjoys boating, sailing, wake boarding, and windsurfing.
