This involves use of Photoshop, all Microsoft office suits, as well as the websites Prostores.com and Shipworks.com. Other duties include cashiering during sale days, assisting customers on the sales floor, shipping online items, phone and email customer service, and organizing and maintaining a warehouse.

Over the summer, I split time working on various projects between the USFS and the NFF (National Forest Foundation). I assisted the director of the USFS National Recreation Fee Program with a number of policy issues.
