Collaborated with three nuclear engineering students to conduct a neutronics analysis of advanced reactor vessel emissivity for a GE Hitachi nuclear reactor design. Led the conduction of a literature review of existing reactor vessel and guard vessel materials along with treatment options of such components and their associated economics. Assisted in developing an MCNP simulation of selected materials and treatments over the course of the reactor operational lifetime.

Devised a 0D experimental model using open-source plasma kinetics solver ZDPlaskin to understand the evolution of species densities in N2O2 plasmas.
