• Create and manage job descriptions, job requisitions and postings making recommendations on job title, grade, and compensation• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using recruitment databases, social media and networks• Receiving and screening resumes and job applications to present to hiring managers• Participate in interviews, conduct reference checks, make salary recommendations, negotiate offers and ensure salary offers are commensurate with candidate experience• Partner with the Management Team, practice leads and hiring managers to understand urgent and long-term needs in existing practices and develop talent acquisition strategies to attract, identify, and hire talent as well as building a pipeline of talent for future needs to help practices scale and grow• Perform market research, with support from external subject matter experts where needed, to ensure that Halloran remains competitive in the industry in benefit and compensation. • Where necessary, identify and escalate areas where market competitivity may not be met to Human Resources for collaborative discussion• In collaboration with Human Resources and with Halloran’s Marketing and Business Development teams assist in the development of any employer branding initiatives including employee values proposition• Lead the development of metrics for Talent Acquisition success, developing reports and dashboards that can be easily communicated and reported to all members of the Halloran workforce• Report clear and concise metrics showing Talent Acquisition efforts, successes and misses across the entire organization, including those that highlight broad Talent Acquisition efforts, and any narrowly defined and scoped projects
