Involved in the design and construction of GoA AFRRCS radio network project. Assist in production and review/approval of various design and engineering documents. Coordinate and monitor civil and tower construction activities, contractor scheduling, progress and cost management. Review and approval of various contractor reports and deliverables. Conduct detailed site inspections and generate reports and recommendations based on findings. Review various third party documents including geotechnical investigations, structural tower analysis, concrete test results, post erection tower inspections, etc. Coordinate and verify deficiency cleanup and assist with as-built / closeout packages. Create standardized inspection reports and training documentation.

Contract to Rogers Communications as project / construction specialist. I work primarily with the New Site Build group. My responsibilities range from creating timelines, assisting with site design / layouts, tendering out and awarding contracts for all aspects of construction e.g.. geotechnical, engineering designs, foundation design / installation, roads, grounding, tower supply and installation, power installations, network / cellular equipment installation. Am also responsible for awarding / planning / coordination of site technical installations, commissioning and integration.

Produced many MOP and 'How-to' documents to assist in training colleagues in areas that they were not yet familiar.
