Working with the Supply Chain Management Department to help clean up their data and make the Lawson V10 system more efficient.

Infor FSM Responsibilities• Administer to the Infor FSM System which included the following responsibilities and accomplishments:o Worked with the Infor FSM team, Supply chain, and Financial departments to upgrade from Inform Lawson S3 version 10 to Infor FSM version 11. This was a full implementation.o Created IDM templates for purchase orders and invoices.o Monitored the Async area of FSM for errors and failed jobs and corrected them.o Configuration Console programming installs deemed necessary to improve the system.o Monitored Infor Process Automation for errors and to also rerun specific IPA’s as needed.o Converted 4 hospital ERP systems over to Lawson/Infor after purchase of facilities.o Set up one new hospital into the FSM ERP system.o Set up Vizient GPO interfaces with FSM and Vizient for contracts and Financial/PO data.o Clinical bridge set up between FSM and Cerner. Lawson Responsibilities• Administrator for the Lawson Materials Management Information System which includes but not limited to the following below:o Liaison between Information Systems, NTT Data, and Materials Management. o Liaison between Accounts Payable and Materials Management on Lawson invoicing problems.o Lead person for the purchasing and inventory control software upgrades. o Responsible for training new personnel on Lawson Requisition Center.o Responsible for training clinic personnel on using Internet based ordering systems.o Responsible for set up of EDI transactions.o Trouble shoot Lawson problems.Purchasing Responsibilities• Purchase capital equipment for the clinic system and other duties as listed below:o Supervise 7 team members in the corporate purchasing department for annual purchases of $120 million for the clinics 74 branch locations.o Negotiate corporate systems contracts.o Responsible for standardizing office equipment and supplies, medical laser maintenance contracts, dental supplies, and other necessary supplies on as needed basis.
