I have painted 20 habitat murals for the Saint Louis Zoo, including one for the bird house, 3 for the primate house, and 16 for the Herpetarium. I have also restored or modified many more.

My work is often inspired by natural history, surrealism, and speculative fiction. My work has been exhibited in a number of galleries in the St. Louis area. I have taught a variety of art classes and summer camps at Pen2Paper art studio for children and young adults. I have taught kids ranging from 7-17. I taught some classes using the EduArts drawing method, but I particularly enjoyed teaching classes on comics and character design using my own methods.

I constructed and deconstructed theater sets, maintained the shop, and used hardware and heavy machinery. I learned theater and stage terminology, how to hang lighting and change gels, and how to build stage flats, doorways, and steps.
