Patrick Weiland is a four-time Emmy award winning producer, director and creator of more than 20 series. He is a proven television executive whose creative approach to creating new series and business models in this rapidly changing industry is making Intuitive Content a nimble and competitive home for entertaining and factual production across multiple genres.Weiland began his career as an investigative producer for CBS News and NBC News, winning multiple awards for his work including the George Foster Peabody, Edward R. Murrow Award and a News Documentary Primetime Emmy for investigative reporting. His reporting has taken him around the world into three war zones, the war on drugs and the war on terror. In 2008 he transitioned into unscripted television with a focus on stories where people didn’t die, traveling to over 70 countries as a director of travel food shows including Andrew Zimmern’s Bizarre Foods. From baking shows to true crime across long form and branded content, great storytelling is his passion.

As freelance director, I worked on 3 pilots and two new series for Travel Channel. I was co-EP for a new half hour series; "Andrew Zimmern's Bucket List". I was director, producer and copywriter for a highly successful branded entertainment project for client Marriott; "Navigator Dinner Series".
