+ Manages daily production schedule for 14 injection molding machines (two shifts) for customer-owned injection molds.+ Handles daily production schedule and fulfillment of over 200 different parts for a global leader of hand tool products.+ Regularly interacts with Buyers, Planners, Engineers, and C-Level customer contacts to develop open dialogue regarding product fulfillment lead times, Just In Time delivery, potential supply shortages, level loading and other practices that are mutually beneficial for all points of supply chain.+ Forecasts the internal demand for various raw materials and components for purchasing & production on a weekly basis.+ Routinely reviews potential savings with regards to raw material purchasing in an effort to increase profitability and maximize ROI.+ Guided company to ISO 9001:2008 and an eventual migration to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certifications, and in-doing so implemented a working Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and a Quality Manual, along with clearly defined procedures for Receiving Inspection, Supplier Review, Corrective Action, Calibration, Quality Inspection, Continual Improvement, and Internal Audit.+ Oversees the periodical review of MSDS catalog for all substances & chemicals within the building, including the acceptance or rejection of purchased materials.+ Created a Safety Handbook, Fire Safety Guidelines, and routinely updates Employee Handbook, and on-boarding processes for new hires.+ Developed a cloud-based File Network and trained six ‘Front Office’ staff members to utilize a shared network to keep documentation organized, collaborative, and easily accessible locally & remotely.+ Assists staff with employee benefits – healthcare, dental insurance, 401K, and Health Savings Account.
