• Oversees the day-to-day management of outpatient clinic(s) and other wound continuum programs, as applicable.• Manages direct reports in conjunction with the company and hospital HR departments. This includes interviewing, hiring, motivating, coaching, counseling, establishing performance expectations, and conducting performance reviews.• Manages and coordinates all aspects of the revenue cycle for Healogics and for the hospital partner, as appropriate.• Works directly with the hospital and Healogics marketing departments to ensure that the wound care program has established strategic marketing plans and works with the same group and the hospital physician liaison to plan, coordinate, and execute activities directed toward increasing patient referrals to the wound care center(s).• Reviews key financial reports, identifies key indicator trends and develops plans to implement best practices to ensure fiscal responsibility.• Visits Physician Practices and interacts with key physicians to provide awareness of the Wound Care Center program, using educational marketing materials. Also documents all physician office interactions, as well as the visits with the Physician Practices in the Healogics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Manages up to 15 employees at COVID-19 Call Center designed to triage and screen potential COVID-19 exposures and illnesses- Interfaces with physicians, managers, and hospital administration to provide accurate guidance according to MaineHealth and CDC guidelines- Collaborates with call center staff to provide timely and relevant information, servicing 22,000 MaineHealth employees- Proficient in Footprints, HR Solutions, Systoc, and Smart Sheets operating systems

- Worked in a wide variety of hospital environments for 3-9 month intervals in a stressful environment with little to no orientation- Quickly integrated to existing team environment to provide high-quality patient care on a wide variety of hospital units including COVID-19, oncology, ICU, cardiac, PCU, neurological injury, medical/surgical- Utilized a variety of healthcare-based operating systems (EPIC, Cerner, Meditech) with little training

- Provides skilled nursing care for up to 4 COVID-19 patients in dedicated unit- Proficient in use of Cerner electronic medical documentation program
